Ramiro Jarvis, a lawyer and former member of the Security Council, explained that before the attacks in Paris, Panama has an obligation to manage intelligence information in order to prevent a risk in the Canal.
He explained that before the attacks of September 11, 2001 they had taken security measures such as suspending flights to the United States (US), verification of passports and passengers.
For Jarvis, the bombing in Paris has a similar reflection about the way he acted with the attack on September 11 as he had a well-established and well-organized coordination, where people with suicidal intentions trying to kill as many people possible.
