Panama is obliged to handle intelligence to protect the Canal

Recommend that the Panamanian authorities have direct contact with foreign authorities to know if after the last bombing in Paris that incidents might this also in Panama.

Ramiro Jarvis, a lawyer and former member of the Security Council, explained that before the attacks in Paris, Panama has an obligation to manage intelligence information in order to prevent a risk in the Canal.

He explained that before the attacks of September 11, 2001 they had taken security measures such as suspending flights to the United States (US), verification of passports and passengers.
