Visa for countries with agreement for friendly countries to Republic of Panama

 

Paises AmigosBy Executive Decree Nr. 343 of 2012, Panama created the visa for  Foreigners from Specific Countries that maintain friendly, professional, economic and investment relations with the Republic of Panama.

Requirements:

  • Application and Power signed by the foreigner and the legal representative (notarized and with their respective revenue stamps).
  • Three passport-size photographs.
  • Copy of passport duly collated by a notary public or competent authority.
  • Criminal record certificate from the country of origin or residence, duly apostilled.
  • Health certificate.
  • Certified check for two hundred fifty dollars and 00/100 (B / .250.00) for the National Treasury.
  • Certified check for eight hundred 00/100 DOLLARS (B / .800.00) for the National Migration Service.
  • Affidavit Form Personal History.
  • Documentation showing the purpose of requiring your permanent residency, according to economic or professional activity to be performed.
  • Proof of financial solvency of the applicant that should demonstrate the following:
    • Bank certificate or statement of last month that reflects at least four average figures
    • or another document that shows your income that would be acceptable to the National Service of Migration.
  • Copy of identity card or residence card of your country.
  • Letter of responsibility, if any, duly notarized.
  • Certification that proves the relationship, if you have dependents.
  • Dependent children over 18 and under 25 years may be declared as dependents, provided they can show that they study regularly and are under economic dependence from the applicant. You must present marriage certificate or a notarized declaration of single status.
