Sexual exploitation is a crime

In Panama, sexual exploitation is a crime Panama’s Penal Code, Chapter II, Article 191 states: «the owner, landlord or manager of an establishment or place to allocate it to the accomplishment of any of the offenses established in this Chapter shall be punished with imprisonment from ten to fifteen years. «
