Cuban visa stamped up to three years

Cuban citizens wishing to travel to Panama, and can do so through a multiple visa stamped in and out, in the Panamanian consulate in Havana, Cuba, according to the Executive Decree 509 of September 14 which was published in the in the Official Gazette.
Cubans may have stamped visa for up to three years, at the discretion of consular officers responsible for issue them; the cost of this visa shall not exceed $ 50.00
The decree is signed by President Juan Carlos Varela and Security Minister Rodolfo Aguilera Franceschi, he lifted security restrictions that weighed on Cuba for entry into Panama citizens.
The document states that in each consulate to an official of Migration (SNM) is allocated and another National Security Council (NSC) who will verify the background of applicants.
Okay, ends the restriction for reasons of security of Cubans to travel to Panama and it was a result of the trip, last week, Cuba’s President Juan Carlos Varela.
